By the time something reaches your inbox, it's already a resident's bad week. Most of what goes wrong in a building is visible well before anyone reports it — if something is actually watching the places people don't think about.

Tailgating at controlled doors
One badge, two people through. Counted per door and per hour, so you can tell the difference between a neighbor holding the door and a garage entrance that's effectively unlocked.
Package room activity
Who entered the mailroom, how long they stayed, and whether they left carrying more than they came in with. The clip is attached to the report — you're not scrubbing an evening of footage.
Amenity use versus policy
Pool, gym, and roof deck after hours, or occupancy well past posted limits. Useful for enforcement, and equally useful when you're deciding whether an amenity is worth its upkeep.
Trash room and dumpster overflow
Bins detected at capacity, and bulk items left beside them. Flagged before it becomes a pile, a photo in a review, or a code complaint.
Parking abuse
Vehicles in reserved, handicap, or fire-lane spaces, and how long they stay. Repeat plates surface on their own, so the pattern is obvious without anyone keeping a list.
Why it fits
Fewer alerts. Better mornings.
Most buildings already have cameras. What they don't have is anything reading them — so footage becomes something you consult after a problem instead of something that prevents one.
The platform sits on top of what's installed and produces a short, honest account of the night: what happened, what was verified, and what needs a person. Everything else stays quiet.
Because it reads the cameras already on the building rather than replacing them, the switching cost is close to nothing — that's the argument laid out against the rest of the category in our comparison of the platforms. The clearest worked example on a residential site is catching illegal dumping.
