Delivery arrival and unload time
Every truck through the gate is logged with what it was and how long it sat. When a supplier bills for four hours of standby, you have the footage and the timestamps to check it against.
Trade headcount by day
How many bodies each sub actually put on site, by morning and afternoon. It turns the weekly manpower conversation from a disagreement into a number.
Equipment left where it shouldn't be
Lifts, generators, and plate compactors tracked to their usual spots. If something ends up outside the fence line or hasn't moved in a week, that's flagged.
Work at height without fall protection
Detection of people working on leading edge, scaffold, or roof without a visible harness — surfaced same day, so it's a coaching moment and not an OSHA finding.
After-hours presence
Once the site closes, anyone inside the fence is unexpected by definition. We verify before anyone gets called, so you aren't paying for a response to a raccoon.
