Throughput, buffer inventory, dock utilization, how long a line has been down — all of it is visible on camera long before it reaches a spreadsheet. The platform reads it continuously and tells you what the numbers imply, not just what they are.

Five things worth knowing on a plant floor.
Work-in-progress above target
Buffer and rack occupancy tracked by bay over days, not glanced at once a shift. When WIP climbs past where it should sit, the recommendation is to throttle releases upstream — before the floor runs out of room.
Dock door utilization
How many doors are working, how long each trailer occupies one, and where the queue forms. Usually the cheapest throughput you'll find, because it needs scheduling changes rather than capital.
Line stoppage and its cause
Detection of a line that's stopped, timed from the first idle second, with the clip of what preceded it. The duration is useful; knowing whether it was a jam, a changeover, or a missing operator is what actually fixes it.
Forklift and pedestrian conflict
Near-misses at blind corners and crossings, counted by location. The value is the map: it shows you which three intersections deserve a mirror or a barrier.
PPE compliance by zone
Hi-vis, hard hat, and hearing protection checked where each is actually required. Reported as a rate by area and shift, so it reads as a trend rather than a list of individuals.
Why it fits
The inference is the product.
Counting things on camera is the easy half. The useful half is holding those counts against what normal looks like for your operation and saying something specific: this buffer has been over target for six days, and here's the lever.
