VuePoint publishes a public support and use-case library

Two new sections on vuepointsecure.com: field troubleshooting guides for video analytics, and write-ups of the detection problems operators bring us most often.

Las Vegas, NVVuePoint

VuePoint has published two new sections on its website: a support library of field troubleshooting guides for video analytics deployments, and a use-case index describing the detection problems operators most often ask the platform to solve.

The support material is written to be usable on any deployment, not only on VuePoint equipment. The first guides cover night-time false alerting and the failure modes specific to solar-powered, cellular-connected deployments on sites without permanent power or network.

The use-case section covers detection problems in the form operators actually describe them — illegal dumping and unaccounted-for after-hours presence in the first two write-ups — including what evidence has to be captured for the result to be useful afterwards.

Both sections are available now at Support and Use Cases. Further guides will be published as they are written.
