Camera Integrations
We monitor the cameras you already own.
Verkada, Eagle Eye Networks, Rhombus, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, Reolink, Uniview — and any ONVIF/RTSP camera. If your cameras already do their job, we add the live operator layer they were missing. No rip-and-replace.
Cloud platform
Cloud camera platforms
These platforms sell hardware + a cloud dashboard. They don't sell live operator monitoring. We add it on top, on the cameras you already own.
Verkada
We monitor Verkada cameras via your existing Verkada Command access. You keep the dashboard your team is used to; we add the live operator layer Verkada doesn't sell.
Read: managed monitoring vs. Verkada-aloneEagle Eye Networks
EEN exposes camera feeds through their Cloud VMS. We integrate as a managed-monitoring layer on top — analytics + live operators + verified police dispatch on the feeds you already have.
Audit my Eagle Eye systemRhombus
Rhombus cameras and edge AI work alongside our operator layer. You keep Rhombus's edge analytics; we add the human-in-the-loop intervention that platform alerts alone don't deliver.
Audit my Rhombus systemEnterprise VMS
Enterprise VMS deployments
Enterprise environments — multi-site, multi-tenant, custom integration projects. We connect via standard exposures and work alongside your existing security team.
Avigilon (Motorola)
Avigilon Control Center and Avigilon Cloud Services integrate cleanly. Especially common on enterprise / education / municipal deployments.
Audit my Avigilon systemMilestone XProtect
We connect to XProtect Smart Client environments via standard API/ONVIF. Best for sites already running Milestone-led architectures.
Audit my Milestone systemGenetec
Genetec Security Center deployments integrate via standard exposures. Custom integration projects available where required.
Audit my Genetec systemIP cameras (ONVIF / RTSP)
IP cameras over ONVIF / RTSP
The standard for most commercial and construction sites. If your camera supports ONVIF/RTSP, we can almost certainly monitor it. We've integrated thousands of cameras across these brands.
Hikvision
We monitor most Hikvision DVRs and NVRs through standard ONVIF/RTSP. Specific firmware quirks handled in setup.
Audit my Hikvision systemDahua
Dahua-branded and OEM (Lorex, Amcrest, etc.) cameras integrate via ONVIF. Common on commercial and construction installs.
Audit my Dahua systemAxis
Axis communications cameras are first-class. Especially common in commercial real estate, transportation, and government.
Audit my Axis systemHanwha (Wisenet)
Hanwha / Wisenet cameras stream cleanly over standard ONVIF. Common on multifamily and commercial deployments.
Audit my Hanwha systemReolink
Reolink IP cameras (PoE and battery variants) work over ONVIF/RTSP. Common on small commercial and HOA installs.
Audit my Reolink systemUniview (UNV)
Uniview cameras and NVRs integrate via standard exposures. Common on price-sensitive commercial deployments.
Audit my Uniview systemONVIF / RTSP — the universal path
If it's an IP camera, it almost certainly works.
ONVIF Profile S (video streaming) is the industry standard exposed by virtually every modern IP camera. Profile T adds audio + metadata; Profile G covers recording / playback. We use whichever your camera exposes — and the audit before quoting tells you exactly which profile we'll use on which camera.
- ✓ Profile S (live streaming) — required, supported everywhere
- ✓ Profile T (advanced + audio + metadata) — talk-down feature
- ✓ Profile G (recording + playback) — evidence retrieval
- ~ Proprietary closed APIs — sometimes integrable, sometimes not. We tell you up front.
How integration actually works
1. Audit at no cost
We pull a list of your current cameras (model, firmware, software platform). 80–95% of properties integrate with no hardware changes.
2. Confirm exposure path
ONVIF/RTSP / cloud API / VMS partner — we identify the cleanest integration path for your platform and confirm with your IT team.
3. Run analytics tuning
Per-camera AI analytics get tuned to your site's traffic patterns, lighting, wildlife, and known activity. Takes 5–10 days for a fresh deployment.
4. Go live
Operators take over monitoring during your scheduled window (typically 6 p.m.–6 a.m. for construction; custom otherwise). Live within 24 hours of contract on simple sites; up to a week on complex enterprise environments.
Why this page exists
Most monitoring services quietly skip this conversation.
When we audited the remote-video-monitoring market in California and Arizona, none of the regional competitors named which cameras they integrate with on their public pages. They want every conversation to start with "let's talk about what you have" behind a sales call — partly because they'd prefer to sell you their hardware too.
We won't. You already bought cameras. Most of them work. The right question isn't which hardware should I buy; it's do I have someone watching the feeds I already pay for. If the answer's no, that's what we sell.
For deeper reading, see Managed Monitoring vs. DIY Video Platforms — the long version of what changes when you add a live operator on top of a platform you already own.
FAQ
Integration questions, answered
Will I have to replace any of my cameras?
Almost never. Most ONVIF/RTSP cameras integrate directly, and all the major cloud platforms (Verkada, Eagle Eye Networks, Rhombus, Avigilon Cloud) have integration paths we use. We audit your existing system at no cost and only recommend additions where there are real coverage gaps.
Do I lose my current dashboard if I add your monitoring?
No. You keep using whatever VMS or app your team already knows. We add the live operator layer that those platforms don't sell themselves. If you're on Verkada, your team keeps Verkada Command; we monitor in parallel.
What if my cameras are on a private network with no internet?
We can install a small encrypted gateway that streams only the feeds we monitor over cellular or your existing internet. Your network stays private; we only see what you authorize.
What about cameras I haven't bought yet?
If you're picking a system now, we can recommend a build that fits monitoring AND your operational needs. We don't have a hardware kickback arrangement — recommendations are based on what works.
Do you support ONVIF Profile S / Profile T / Profile G?
Profile S (video streaming) is the common case and yes. Profile T (advanced streaming, audio, metadata) is supported on most modern cameras. Profile G (recording / playback) is used for evidence retrieval; supported where the camera exposes it.
Are there any platforms you DON'T integrate with?
Honest answer: a few proprietary systems with closed APIs that won't expose feeds externally (some legacy enterprise installs and a couple of niche industrial vendors). When we hit one of those during an audit, we tell you so before quoting.
Bring your cameras. We'll bring the operators.
Audit is free and non-obligating. A specialist reviews your camera list and confirms the integration path within one business hour.
